Partnership4Learning is a strategic Partnership that collaborates on key learning initiatives across the City of Southampton and South West Hampshire and whose vision for its people is to be part of a Learning Community.

P4L aims to promote and develop lifelong learning at all levels in order to enhance economic prosperity and social inclusion, and enable individuals, organizations and communities to fulfill their potential, making the City and South West Hampshire a better place in which to live and work.

The activities of the Partnership are developed and promoted through executive task groups: Workforce Development, 13-19 Issues and Community Learning. The views of employers are obtained through the P4L Employers Club. Six Employers’ Club meetings are organized by Solent Skill Quest each year, enabling employers from private, public and voluntary sector organizations to come together to share ideas and good practice, discuss common areas of interest and issues that impact on their business as well as collectively providing strategic guidance to the Learning Partnership.
