A prominent Business Champion, supported
by a group of ambitious entrepreneurs, will lead each
Hub.
The Hub Director will then implement
their ambitions while businesses will decide the priority
for the network.
The Hubs will act as a catalyst in
the creation of strong links with centres of research
and technology and in the creation of incubator space
for local start-ups. Enterprise Hubs will provide better
access to capital though joining or creating networks
of Business Angels and venture capitalists.
The Hubs will harness the drive and
ambition of local business people - in short, the Enterprise
Hub Network will be entrepreneurial in helping entrepreneurs.
